If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Well-Launched provides users with various AI-powered tools, including AI voice assistants, custom voice solutions, and subscription-based or pay-per-use (“minutes”) plans. Users may access a personalized dashboard at https://wl-launchpad.app (the “Launchpad”) to manage their Well-Launched products and services.

Launchpad as a Productivity App: The Launchpad also serves as a productivity app, incorporating a range of components and features detailed at https://wl-launchpad.app.

2.1 User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or purchasing any of our Services.
• Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Any activity under your account is presumed to be by you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. Minors must use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to the Terms on their behalf.

All purchases of minutes or credits are final and non-refundable. Expiration terms are disclosed at time of purchase if applicable.

You must provide a valid payment method and warrant your legal right to use it.

We may suspend access to the Services if your payment fails. You agree to update payment info promptly.

5. User Content and AI Interactions

5.1 Definition of User Content

“User Content” includes any data you submit, upload, or transmit through our Services.

5.2 Rights to Use

You grant Well-Launched a license to use User Content to operate and improve Services, subject to privacy laws.

5.3 Responsibility for User Content

You are responsible for all content you provide and compliance with applicable laws.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Fulton County, Georgia.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and No-Refund Policy form the full agreement.
• Severability: If any part is invalid, the rest remains effective.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
• Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliates or successors.
