1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in various ways, including:

1.1 Personal Data

When you register for or use the LaunchPad App or related services, we may collect personal details such as:

• Business name, team or organization affiliation
• Subscription or payment plan details
• Preferences, usage patterns, or profile data relevant to your LaunchPad dashboard

1.2 Voice and AI Interaction Data

If you use our AI voice assistants or MyAI features in LaunchPad, we may collect:

• Audio recordings or transcriptions of interactions with AI agents
• Text input into MyAI, MyaMyAI, or other LaunchPad-integrated AI services
• Contact logs, appointment notes, and user-generated prompts for scheduling, reminders, or task assistance

We advise avoiding the inclusion of sensitive or personally identifiable data in AI queries unless required.

1.3 LaunchPad Activity and Usage Data

• Which modules (e.g., Calendar, Notes, Projects) are used
• Login frequency, activity timestamps, and productivity metrics
• Team collaboration features used, such as shared checklists or schedules
• Calendar data (event names, times, metadata) if imported or created

If you connect Google Calendar or other services to LaunchPad, we may sync necessary metadata (titles, times, participants) but do not access or store full calendar content unless you explicitly choose to save it in-app.

1.4 Derivative and Device Data

• IP address, browser type, time zone, and device model when using LaunchPad
• Mobile device ID and OS version when using the LaunchPad mobile app
• Error logs, diagnostics, or crash reports to improve app reliability

1.5 Financial Data

We collect minimal payment data; purchases for subscriptions or features in the LaunchPad App are processed securely via Stripe. We may receive confirmation of payment, billing email, and subscription tier, but no full credit card data is stored by us.

1.6 Social and Third-Party Integrations

If you sign in or connect third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook), we may receive profile information, depending on your permissions.

2. Use of Your Information

• Create, manage, and personalize your LaunchPad experience
• Enable scheduling, notifications, reminders, AI interactions, and team collaboration
• Analyze usage to improve features like Projects, Calendar, and Notes
• Provide AI-based suggestions via MyAI or MyaMyAI
• Send communications, updates, or tips about LaunchPad features
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud
• Train AI systems (with data anonymization when feasible)

We may use aggregate statistics across all LaunchPad users to improve product features and identify trends, but personal identifiers are not shared in this process.

3.1 Within the LaunchPad Ecosystem

Information you input into the LaunchPad App may be shared internally across features (e.g., using calendar data for productivity scoring or reminders), and among team members if you explicitly allow it.

We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Service.

3.3 Third-Party Providers

We do not sell your data. Marketing messages related to LaunchPad or Well-Launched products are only sent with opt-in consent and can be opted out at any time.

LaunchPad may use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or similar technologies to maintain your login, preferences, and activity state. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some functionality (e.g., saving productivity settings) may be limited.

We take steps to secure your information, including encryption (in transit and at rest), access restrictions, and role-based controls in LaunchPad. However, no method is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and do not share your credentials.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or support analytics. You may request deletion of your LaunchPad data at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

LaunchPad is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.

8. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to DNT signals due to lack of industry standards.

9. Your Choices

9.1 Account Information

You may update or delete your LaunchPad account by logging into your dashboard or contacting us.

9.2 AI & Audio Data

You may request deletion of any stored voice interactions or AI inputs by contacting our team.

9.3 Email Preferences

Unsubscribe links are included in all emails. You may also update communication preferences in your account settings.

10. Google API and AI Compliance

LaunchPad integrates with certain Google APIs (such as Google Calendar) to allow users to manage their schedules and appointments within the app. We affirm that our use of Google user data complies with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy (Workspace APIs) and the Limited Use requirements of the Google Photos API User Data Policy.

We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs or Photos APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models. Any AI-based features (such as MyAI or MyaMyAI) operate solely within the LaunchPad App, using user-provided data for their intended personal productivity purposes only.
