No Refund Policy
1. Overview
Well-Launched Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides a suite of productivity, scheduling, and AI voice assistant tools via the LaunchPad App ("LaunchPad"). By purchasing any subscription, credits, or digital features in LaunchPad, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Services
No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for any partially used or unused portion of a subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for any unused time.
3. One-Time Purchases and “Minutes”
Digital Purchases: All one-time purchases within the LaunchPad App — including but not limited to AI minutes, credits for voice services, or add-on features — are final and non-refundable after the transaction is complete.
No Pro-Ration: We do not offer partial refunds, credit rollovers, or exchanges if purchased features are not fully used.
4. Exceptions
Service Error: If a technical error on our part prevents access to purchased LaunchPad features, contact us. We’ll work to resolve the issue, but resolution may not include a refund.
Legal Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable law.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted at https://wl-launchpad.app. Your continued use of LaunchPad indicates acceptance of any modifications.
